The Landing Apartments at 3306 West Main Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan.

The employees and management seem fine, never had any trouble from them and they were fairly prompt attending to maintenance issues. My main gripes are with the apartments themselves. The amount of room you get for what you pay isn't bad, but definitely better deals around the area with better utilities. Also, each complex only has one washer and dryer for a potential 24 residents. This wouldn't be so bad except half the buildings don't even have a washer/dryer, even though some have so much room for them, so one washer/dryer for 48 sometimes. The machines are there but they're not hooked up and it's been months, I feel like there's no excuse for the lack of machines anymore.

Another thing is the people who live here. I know management can't handle that super directly, but still it should be something potential tenants need to know. The majority of the people are fine/no trouble, but there are a few residents that are just loud, don't pick up after their pets, clog laundry, etc.

I'd like to just repeat that management/maintenance are fine and nice people but the rest makes this place mediocre at best.
