J's Auto Sales at Lake Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Very ghetto and unprofessional atmosphere. No one seems to be on time with anything. Lacks organization and would never go back or recommend to anyone. Took my car in at 11 am and got to it a 5:54 p.m., nothing was done. I asked for my brakes and rotors to be fixed and that wasn't even done. I got a sorry excuse to come back tomorrow at 10 a.m. to fix one part and the brakes and rotors were not even mentioned. Next time I will take my car to someone who cares about their customers and not have a whole bunch of unproductive men just sitting around wasting time, talking trash, listening to music and smoking black and mild's and just taking their precious time. And if people are not working that looks real tacky for them to hang around in the shop when they should be getting some business themselves. Grown men handle their business, not waste time. Very disappointing. Hopefully the people that run this business will get it together. No one wants to come to a shop full of men trying to act like they are still 19. I would give them a zero but since I had to rate it a 1 it is, not...0
