Andrea Fleuren MD at 5629 Stadium Drive, Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Dr. Fleuren is the worst doctor that I have ever been to see. She has terrible communication skills, she is cold, abrupt and dismissive. She doesn't take the patients feeling, experiences or feeling in to consideration. She referred me to a different doctor for a consult and didn't bother to communicate what the consult was for, she never followed up with the other doctor after I communicated my concerns to Dr. Fleuren asked her about it she refused to take responsibility or explain why she didn't follow up. Part of the reason for the consult was to evaluate a medication and when it came time stop taking the medication she neglected to provide me with an action plan to reduce the dosage in order to safely ween me off the medication...I received correspondence from her that she would not assist with this and when I explained my concern to her she never bothered to respond. She is an irresponsible doctor and don't dare question her...she has a huge ego and does not have the skills to relate to human beings. I can't recall ever having such an unpleasant experience with a doctor. This is very disappointing as I have been a patient at Bronson Internal Medicine for more than 10 years and was assigned Dr. Fleuren when my former doctor moved out of town. She distroyed my trust with this office.
